Felix has obtained its NEN 4400 again!

What is the SNA seal of approval?

SNA stands for Stichting Normering Arbeid. The SNA hallmark is specifically intended for the temporary employment industry. Temporary employment agencies that receive this certification meet the legal obligations regarding administration, finances and personnel policy. As a Dutch organization you receive the SNA hallmark if you meet the NEN 4400 standard.

With the SNA quality mark you show clients that you are a reliable temporary employment agency that:

  • Treats temporary workers with care
  • Abides by laws and regulations
  • Has its administration in order
  • Has organised its internal processes properly
  • Handles complaints and points of improvement well

In principle, the SNA quality mark is voluntary, but you can only become a member of the branch organizations ABU or NBBU if you have this quality mark.

What is the NEN 4400 standard?

The SNA hallmark is based on inspections according to NEN standards. This stands for Dutch Standard. This standard is used to measure the quality of business processes. For the SNA hallmark, NEN 4400-1 and NEN 4400-2 are examined. NEN 4400-1 applies to Dutch companies, NEN 4400-2 applies to companies located abroad and active in the Dutch market.

Do you meet the applicable NEN 4400 standard and have you passed the inspection? Then you will receive the SNA hallmark and you will automatically be included in the SNA register. This register is public. This allows clients to check whether you are actually SNA certified.
